This statement sets out the end user license terms for Peli, the mobile app operated by PSYCHE PROJECT PBC ("Psyche," "we," "us," or "our"). Peli is the app; Psyche is the company that publishes it. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Peli iOS app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application EULA"). The Peli Android app is governed by our Terms of Service.
The Peli iOS app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple's Standard EULA is a well-maintained agreement that satisfies the App Store's requirements, which keeps our legal surface small and avoids duplicating terms our Terms of Service already cover.

Apple's Standard EULA is referenced in our App Store Connect metadata for the app, so the correct EULA is presented to users through the App Store. Where no custom EULA URL is provided in App Store Connect, Apple applies its Standard EULA by default.
The Peli Android app is governed by our Terms of Service. Google Play does not require a standalone licensed-application agreement in the way the App Store does, so our Terms of Service serve as the governing agreement between you and Psyche for the Android app.
[For counsel: the Terms of Service should add an explicit App License grant, an Apple third-party-beneficiary clause, a DMCA / copyright-complaint process, an export-compliance clause, and a third-party-services clause, so the Android/Play path carries what Apple's Standard EULA supplies on iOS.]
